EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

No exchange or return of item allowed expect the following situations:-

- Received wrong item;

- Received damaged item; or

- Received faulty item.

Product returned in damaged and/or used condition/s, resulting from customer's own carelessness and/or negligence, will be rejected.

Prior consent/confirmation from us is needed before returing the item to us.

Confirmation/eligibility of return of item shall be requested to us within FIVE (5) DAYS from the date of receiving the item.

REFUND POLICY

Refund is permissible only for following situations:-

- Received the item in the above three situations, and the item is out of stock.
